if you want to make a forum you can CLICK HERE
and to ad mini-moderators...
after your forum is made up with its topics,go to:
admin panel--->users & groups--->create a new group--->"mini-mod"

choose you colour

give it an order to be placed

add a main leader of the group
and done!!!
