Dear, friends.

I happen to notice that a lot of people are setting their topics everywhere as "Announcement" or "Sticky" for no reason. You can't post announcements if you're NOT a moderator. For posting topics as "Sticky", you all can set it that way.

And please guys,do NOT make anything announcement before taking permission.
You can make it sticky only if its an official matter.Not like "My new forum"
or "A fun game" .
